Why not be happy
Someone has said that happiness is the rarest things in the world. I think it’s not true, we can be happy whenever and wherever we are, no matter the situation we find ourselves in, trust me someone somewhere has gone through worst. Worrying never solves anything, We all need to find out what makes us happy, That means getting away from our computer trying to search for inspirational/motivational quotes or speech to cheer us up, (unless you are reading my blog.. then by all means, carry on) the best motivation you can ever receive is the one you give yourself.
learn to laugh one of the first signs of mental breakdown is the inability to laugh, our world today is on an endless search for real joy and happiness. Ask anyone what they want most in Life and most will reply "i want to be happy"
Life has a way of kicking us when we’re down. And just when we think we can’t fall any lower, we get kicked again. But it’s important to remember that setbacks, failures, and tragedy are a part of life. Whether we manage to find joy and success in the daily struggle of life is largely dependent on our ability to persevere through even the toughest adversity without ever giving up.
Joy and happiness are a choice.
We can choose to be miserable, we can choose to allow worry and fear to dominate our lives, or we can make a deliberate choice for joy and happiness.
Yes - I know life is tough. Yes - I know it is difficult, Yes- I know things are unfair. There is only one good thing about misery - it's optional!
Life is a challenge. Tackle It with joy, that joy will be the secret of your strength.
